Introduction - Amanda Murphy Bernina Diamonds Quilt Sew Along
Welcome to the next of our Sew Alongs. This one is brought to you by Bernina Australia and Amanda Murphy. Some of you may have already started this, but I wanted to leave it a little longer so that those doing our Janome Sew Along had just about finished it. We wouldn't wanted to have 2 projects on the go at the same time - would we???? Yes I'm cracking myself up.
These will post up on a Saturday morning at 8am as well. There will be a little cross over period where both Sew Alongs will go up at the same time. That means you can spend your days sewing.
Today is about preparation. Have a look at what we are doing. Choose your fabrics or kit. Next week we will start to cut. Rest assured these are bigger pieces so it is not lots of piecing. This will be more about learning to quilt.
