Start to quilt your background in preparation for the Wings and Wildflowers class commencing mid year

2026 brings the Wings and Wildflowers techniques wall hanging designed by Bree and Kerrie from Bernina Australia. It is a combination of machine embroidery, decorative stitches, quilting and sewing techniques. We will use different techniques each class. We are still waiting for the final details and should have these by February.
 
The first step will be to quilt your background and Vicky is the quilting master, so she will lead class one. In this class we will give you the skills and knowledge to quilt your background ready for the next class mid year. This should give you plenty of time to slowly make your way through the background piece in order to have it completed by June. 
 
Learn the basics of quilting with the walking, free motion and rulers and the ruler foot. You will learn how to use them with your machine. You will explore your machine settings.
