It is with great excitment that I share with you a new guest teacher for 2015. Meredith Woolnough. Meredith Woolnough is a visual artist that works and lives near the coastal region of Newcastle NSW, Australia. Her elegant embroidered traceries capture the beauty and fragility of nature in knotted embroidery threads. The work explores the sculptural possibilities of a unique drawing technique that utilises a domestic sewing machine and a base fabric that dissolves in water. B
