We are also reintroducing our Overlocker Club. Traditionally this was a Baby Lock overlocker club but we are adjusting how we do it and are opening it up to other brands.

Our overlocker basic knowledge class runs Fri 10 Feb.

It will be an introduction to gain an understanding of threading / dials / width / length / diff feed / stitches available.

March will cover using rolled hemming and flatlock.

Subsequent classes will depend on skill levels of the ongoing students, but I hope to make them project based.

On Friday 2 June we will run a supplementary class that will cover the chain and coverstitch elements of the applicable overlockers. This will be a basic introduction. There will be more classes on this side of the machine later in the year.

I'll leave classes there for this newsletter and highlight some fabrics.

We have hundreds of fabrics permanently marked own in our sale table. These start at $8/m and are a minimum 1/2 m cut. As you finish bolts and some room frees up on the table, I will add more specials. Here is just a glimpse.
